Good condition. Maroon cloth cover with embossed gilt design to the front which is dull with age. Spine ends and corners bumped and worn. Spine faded but legible. Top 1 cm of front board faded. Shelf wear to spine and boards edges. Various handling marks. The front board paper has split from the book but the binding is still intact. The top page edges are soiled with shelf dust. The uncut edges are tanned. A 7 cm by 5 cm section of front end paper is missing. Pages exhibit signs of use in the form of occasional soiling and some tears none of which affects the text.
